The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute, a non-profit organization, works to raise awareness and educate the people of Saskatchewan about the prevention of disabling conditions in children. Formed in 1980, the Prevention Institute is the only one of its kind in Canada. The Prevention Institute is guided by a Board of Directors and a Medical Advisory Committee.

Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation
The Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation supports programs and projects for the benefit of people with physical, mental and social disabilities in Saskatchewan and serves all people with special needs, encouraging active participation to their life fulfillment.

Saskatchewan Abilities Council
The purpose of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council is to provide and assist optimal independence and active participation in all aspects of society for people with disabilities.
